Three reasons it is an app, not a page
A push notification three days before the charge, with the amount and two actions: mute this item, or open it. A browser tab cannot do that, and an email is read too late.
Photograph a receipt or pick a screenshot; the fields come back for you to confirm before anything is saved. It is the only automation left in the product — and it needs a camera.
Everything that changes something sits below the halfway line. Sheets slide up from the bottom and close with a downward swipe. There is no “X” in the top right, because nobody can reach it.
