Terms and privacy policy
A plain-language summary first, then the full wording. If the two ever diverge, the full version governs — but we try hard to make them say the same thing. The English and Polish versions have the same content.

Terms
In force from October 19, 2026§1. Who provides the service
Revnance is provided by Revnance sp. z o.o., Wrocław. Contact for all matters, including complaints and withdrawal: support@revnance.com. Revnance is a tool for recording recurring costs, expenses and assets that you enter yourself; the service is provided electronically.
§2. What Revnance is not
Revnance is not a financial institution, provides no investment or tax advice, and performs no operations on your accounts. Suggestions in “Save money” and return calculations are informational; decisions are yours and at your own risk.
§3. Account, technical requirements and rules of use
You create the account with your own email address; the service is for people aged 18 or over. You need a current browser with JavaScript and necessary cookies enabled, internet access and an email account. Results depend on the accuracy of the data you enter — we do not verify it with providers. You must not enter unlawful content or try to access other people's accounts. One account serves one person; you may use it in the browser and in the mobile app at the same time.
§4. Plans, payments and cancellation
You conclude the contract by creating an account — for the free plan, for an indefinite period. The free plan covers up to 10 recurring items, up to 10 asset holdings and up to 5 saved months, without “Save money”, and needs no card. The full plan costs 9 USD a month or 90 USD a year; the Family plan 29 USD a month or 290 USD a year for up to 5 people; and the Business plan 39 USD a month or 390 USD a year with 5 people included and 5 USD a month (50 USD a year) for each additional person; prices include VAT where it applies. A paid plan renews automatically for the next period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in your account; the plan runs to the end of the paid period. On annual billing we refund in full within 30 days of purchase, and pro rata for whole unused months after that — regardless of the right of withdrawal in §5.
§5. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (or, in Poland, a sole trader buying on consumer terms), you may withdraw from a paid-plan contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. A message to support@revnance.com is enough — you may use the statutory model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. We refund you within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method. If you asked for the plan to start before those 14 days ran out, you pay only for the time up to your withdrawal, pro rata. You can end the free plan at any time by deleting your account.
§6. Complaints and conformity of the service
If the service does not work as we describe it, write to support@revnance.com: what does not work and which address your account uses. We answer within 14 days at the latest. As a consumer you have statutory rights when a digital service does not conform to the contract; these terms neither limit nor exclude them.
§7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running without interruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned work is announced in advance. Material changes to these terms or to pricing are emailed 30 days before they take effect; if you disagree, you may cancel before that date and keep the right to a refund for the unused period.
§8. Ending the contract and winding down
You can end the contract at any time by deleting your account (Account → Data and privacy). We may terminate it with 30 days notice, and without notice only for a serious breach of these terms, such as trying to access someone else's account. If we decide to shut the service down, we will give 90 days notice, keep data export working until the last day and refund any paid, unused period. The JSON export format stays publicly documented.
§9. Governing law and disputes
The contract is governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer from another EU country, you keep the protection that the mandatory rules of your country give you, and you may bring a claim before the courts where you live. You can also try to settle a dispute out of court — in Poland with a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or the Trade Inspection, in other EU countries with the European Consumer Centre.
§10. AI suggestions
“Check with AI” in “Save money” shows suggestions generated by an artificial intelligence model (Claude by Anthropic) from your items. They can be incomplete or wrong: check the terms with the provider before you cancel anything — the decision and the cancellation are always yours, and the provider is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the suggestions. Pressing the button sends the data described in the privacy policy (“Check with AI”); there are at most 3 checks in 24 hours.

Data controller
The controller of your data is the provider named in §1 of the terms: Revnance sp. z o.o., Wrocław. For anything about your data, write to support@revnance.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as one is not required at our scale — the team answers your messages directly.
Purposes and legal bases
We process your account, your entries, reminders, two-step sign-in and files such as receipt photos because we cannot perform the contract without them (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). We keep invoices and accounting records because tax law requires it (art. 6(1)(c)). Technical logs, abuse prevention, anonymous price aggregates and handling complaints rest on our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) — you may object to it. Visit statistics run only on the basis of your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time with the button in the cookie policy; withdrawing does not affect what was lawful before.
Recipients and transfers outside the EEA
We use processors that act on our instructions under data processing agreements: Supabase (database, sign-in and files — servers in Frankfurt), Vercel (website hosting and visit statistics) and Resend (sending email), and once payments start, a payment provider that we will name here before the first payment. Supabase, Vercel and Resend are US companies, so some data — for example your email address and the content of a reminder — may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider participates in it. We do not sell data and do no advertising profiling. Data reaches an artificial intelligence model only when you use “Check with AI” in “Save money”: the names, plans, categories, amounts, billing periods, usage, plan limits, renewal dates and “More options” of your active items (without names or your payment card) then go to Anthropic (USA, the Claude model) under its commercial terms and data processing addendum, with the same transfer safeguards. Anthropic does not use this data to train models.
AI in the app (Claude)
Only when you press “Check with AI” in “Save money” do we send Anthropic (USA, the company behind the Claude model) the names of your active items, plan descriptions, categories, amounts and billing periods, how often you use them, renewal dates, plan limits and how much of them you use, and what you tick under an item's “More options”: a free trial, a discount, a saving with its description, a commitment with its notice date and exit fee, how many people share the cost and their total, the part a company pays, a season and a currency conversion fee. Your email address, notes, website addresses, tags, income, the names of people you share costs with, your payment card and family and company details stay with us. Adding an item from a photo or screenshot works the same way: only when you press “Add from a photo or screenshot” and pick an image do we send that image to Anthropic, so the model can read the name, price, billing period and payment date. Whatever the image shows goes with it — crop out what you don't want to share. We don't keep the image: it is saved neither in your account nor in our file storage — only the fields you then save as an item, and a note that a reading took place (for the daily limit). Anthropic processes the data under its commercial terms and data processing addendum and does not use data sent through its API to train models; the transfer is protected the same way as with our other processors. The result of “Check with AI” is kept in your account and is deleted with it. The legal basis is the performance of the service you asked for (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). If you don't want anything sent, simply don't use these buttons — the rest of the app works without them.
Anonymous price aggregates
Once a month we count, across all accounts, which services people track and how many of them saw a price rise. The result is a number per service, never a line per person: an aggregate is only stored once at least 20 accounts hold that service. It is what lets us tell you that a price may be about to change. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)); nothing in the aggregate itself points to a person. We do not read your mailbox and we never change an amount for you.
Do you have to provide data
An email address and a password are needed to create an account — without them we cannot conclude the contract. You provide billing details if you want an invoice. Everything else you enter voluntarily and can change or delete at any time.
Automated decisions
We make no decisions about you based solely on automated processing that would have legal or similarly significant effects. Suggestions in “Save money” and Ask answers are calculations from your own data — the decision is always yours.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified, erased, restricted and ported, to object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time. Access, portability and erasure you perform yourself in your account (Account → Data and privacy) — immediately, with no ticket. Other requests we handle by email within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) or with the data protection authority of the EU country where you live or work.
Cookies
Necessary cookies keep you signed in and remember your language and your answer to the cookie banner, and browser storage protects forms you have not saved yet. Visit statistics stay off until you consent — and even then they set no cookie. The full list is in the cookie policy below.
Changes to this policy
We will email you ahead of any material change to this policy. The current version and its date always stand at the top of this page.
