Payment questions
Nothing disappears and nothing is locked retroactively. You simply cannot add an eleventh item until you switch plans or remove one. Everything you already entered stays counted and exportable.
Yes, with one button in your account, no conversation with anyone. The plan runs to the end of the paid period, then the account returns to free. Nothing is deleted and no history is lost — you just cannot add an item while you have more than 10.
Within 30 days of purchase we refund everything, no questions. After that we refund pro rata for whole unused months. We charge no “handling fees”.
Yes — enter your company details in the Company view of the panel and download the document right after payment. Prices include sales tax where it applies; businesses handle it as usual.
