Payment questions
What happens if I go past 15 items on the free plan?
Nothing disappears and nothing is locked retroactively. You simply cannot add a sixteenth item until you remove one or move to the full plan. Your data stays complete.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, one button in settings, no conversation with anyone. The plan runs to the end of the paid period, then the account returns to free — 15 items, but no history lost.
Refunds on annual billing?
Within 30 days of purchase we refund everything, no questions. After that we refund pro rata for whole unused months. We charge no “handling fees”.
Invoice for a company?
Yes — enter your invoice details in settings and download the document right after payment. Prices are gross; businesses deduct VAT as usual.
